Summer 2004 Antiques & Collectibles Auction

We want you to have an enjoyable online auction experience, please read these terms and conditions. 1. AS IS: All items are sold "As Is Where Is" with all faults and blemishes. Fisher's Auction will do everyting in our power to accurately describe the items in our auction. It is however up to the bidders to determine if the items is as described. We will provide a list of local dealers who may or may not provide you with a independent opinion of condition. Please note that they may charge for this service. 2. PAYMENT: All items must be paid for in full within 3 days of close of auction. If you cannot pay within this time frame please do not bid. For online and absentee bidders we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover & American Express Cards. We also accept PayPal. Online and Absentee bidders will be charged a 17% buyers premium on all items. Bidders may receive 2 invoices from Fisher's Auction, one for the bid price and one for the buyers premium. Bidders must pay for both. 3. SHIPPING: For you protection and ours, Fisher's Auction DOES NOT pack or ship any item. Bidders must arrange for their own shipping. We will provide a list of companies and individuals who may do this for you. It is up to you to make the arrangements including payment for shipping to whomever you choose to do the shipping. 4. REMOVAL OF ITEMS: All items must be removed from the auction within 10 days after close of auction. Bidders may pick up items at our gallery if that is feasible for you. Items lest over 10 days may be resold or a $10 per day storage fee may be added at auctioneers discretion. 5. QUESTIONS: If you have any questins whatsoever concerning this auction please ask. You are a customer not an inconvenience and we will do everything in our power to answer your questions in a timely manner. 6. INTERNET CONNECTIONS: Fisher's Auction cannot be responsible for lost or slow internet connections. Gallery bids take precedence over online or absentee bids. In cases of disputes auctioneers shall determine winning bidder. Due to rigid online bidding increments it is possible that a gallery bidders wins an item for less than an online bid. 7.
