We were in a hurry for our items to arrive. I called the shop and they took care of packing and ensuring our items were sent via fed ex for us. The customer service we received was above and beyond anything we have experienced in the past with any items we have won at auctions.

I had an extremely positive experience in my dealings with Louvre. The item I acquired through their auction was in impeccable condition and they made transaction flow seamlessly and effortlessly. I intended for it to be a last minute Christmas gift for my wife and was able to forego shipping and drive to their warehouse in Los Angeles to pick it up. When I arrived they had already wrapped the item (a Lalique vase) in bubble wrap but promptly unwrapped it so that I could inspect the condition of the vase which as I mentioned, was pristine. I found them to be genuinely friendly and accommodating and I look very much forward to dealing with them again! Also, there is convenient parking in back of the warehouse. It was all very smooth from tip to toe.
