The watch is set in an ornate and finely detailed platinum frame with 136 old mine cut diamonds and three pear shaped diamonds dangling at the bottom. The watch has a white porcelain enamel dial with black Arabic numerals and gold 5 minute markers. The dial is signed Patek Philippe and Cie Geneve Suisse. The watch has a green guilloche bezel with a white enamel border. The watch has the original platinum 22 inch chain set with 14 old mine cut diamonds.
